BOOKING CONDITIONS: Same as the Lodge, however, a $250 Bond, (by way of a separate cheque or a manual credit card swipe), is required with the balance of payment. (This Bond is fully refundable on departure, provided the Apartment is left in the same condition as it was in on arrival – excluding the making of beds).

BOOKING TERMS:
* A deposit of 25% of total monies required within 10 days of booking as confirmation.
* The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival or the booking is automatically cancelled.

CANCELLATIONS: will attract a 10% fee of total booking monies and any refunds will be made entirely at the discretion of the proprietor.
